What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 2-4 years of experience in Retail / F&B / Frontline; experience in Beauty Industry will be a plus
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Immediate availability will be an advantage
What you'll be doing on the job
Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, C&B, Payroll and staff relations for HK & MacauManage the frontline recruitment process, including resume screening, interview and selection, offer negotiation, staff on / off-boarding and other arrangementsOversee compensation and benefits (C&B) administration including but not limited to payroll, taxation, MPF administration, report and data analysis for management reviewParticipate in regular HR exercises including annual performance review, budgeting, salary market research, insurance renewal etc.Plan and arrange company activities and events for enhancing staff relations and engagementAssist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
