Job Summary :
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s workforce needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Job Responsibilities :
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and a smooth hiring processConduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managersHiring Strategy & Collaboration
Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptionsProvide guidance on best hiring practices and market trendsDevelop data-driven recruitment strategies based on hiring needs and workforce planningRecruitment Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectivenessProvide regular reports and insights to improve hiring efficiencyContinuously assess and improve recruitment processes for better candidate engagementOnboarding & Compliance
Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hiresMaintain accurate candidate records using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)Requirements
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field3 to 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in financial industryFluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is requiredExperience in mainland China hiring will be a plusSkills & Competencies :
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and hiring trendsFamiliarity with ATS and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.)Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsCandidate with knowledge in labor laws and employment regulations in Asia would be preferred
