Requirements:

• Passionate in education field, LOVE children
  
• Diploma or above with at least 1 year working experience preferred (Fresh graduates will also be considered, more important is your ability to learn and have a positive attitude)
  
• Work experience in learning centre is an absolute advantage
  
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  
• Good communication skills, warm, patient, customer-oriented, organised, mature and detailed-minded
  
• Willing to work flexible hours or in shift
  

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and create a positive first impression, ensuring a warm, happy and inviting atmosphere in the centre
  
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide course consultation
  
• Work closely with NETs to monitor student progress and schedules
  
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and maintain a clean and organised centre environment
  
• Assist in events, curriculum coordination, supplier liaison, and other administrative works
  
• Issue invoices and maintain cash register
