Business Development Specialist with Malay and Chinese

We are partnering with a dynamic financial / FX company driven by a seasoned leadership team with over 20 years of market expertise. With a mission to simplify trading and deliver excellence, they’re expanding across Asia—and now seeking a Business Development Specialist to lead the charge. If you speak Malay and Chinese , have Forex experience with an active client portfolio , and thrive in a fast-paced growth environment, this role is for you.

Location : Remote (Based in SEA preferred)

Work Model : Fully Remote

Employment Type : Service Agreement / Self-Employed

Languages : Malay (C1), Chinese (C1), English (B1+)

Compensation : Fixed monthly payment

🧩 Responsibilities :

🚀 Identify and develop new business opportunities across Asia

📈 Create and execute impactful sales and marketing strategies

🤝 Build and maintain strong client relationships in the Asian region

👥 Lead and support sales / marketing teams to hit growth targets

📊 Analyze market trends, competition, and performance metrics

🗂 Collaborate cross-functionally to align goals and strategic execution

📋 Report regularly on KPIs and business insights to leadership

🌐 Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences

✅ Requirements :

🇲🇾 Native / fluent in Malay and a Chinese dialect (C1), with solid English (B1+)

🌍 Based in Southeast Asia (Malaysia preferred)

📊 Proven Forex experience with an active Asian client portfolio (must-have!)

💼 Experience in business development and team leadership

🔗 Strong network-building, communication, and negotiation skills

🎯 Results-driven mindset with a hands-on approach to client acquisition

📍 Willingness to travel throughout Asia as needed
