IT Officer

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives especially infrastructure and networking enhancement.
• Provide end-to-end support including system testing, troubleshooting and maintenance support to ensure a smooth operation of IT systems.
• Assist IT project administration and management support like meetings, presentation.
• Handle IT system user inquiry and provide follow-up support.

Requirements :

a) Diploma or above in related disciplines is preferred.

b) Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.

c) Knowledge in network infrastructure / security / cloud infrastructure such as Azure, O365 would be an advantage.

d) Self-motivated team player with good attitude and interpersonal skills.

e) Willing to learn continuously.
