Assistant Manager - Data Centre & Network Implementation

In this position, you will :

Liaise with various parties such as planning, contractor, engineers, procurement for data center / aggregation exchange’s facility services and fitting out project

Lead Data Centre / Aggregation exchange projects : Work with Planning team, maintenance team and contractors to provide professional advice, technical and critical data analysis related to the overall system facility architecture

Prepare tender specifications, contracts, and drawings

Review and comment the contract documents submitted by contractors

Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and industry standards

Manage on-site services and on-site progress to ensure the projects are delivered on time.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements :

Degree or above in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Facilities Management or relevant disciplines

Minimum 5 years’ relevant experiences in E&M construction field in Data Centre / Telecommunications industry

Solid experience in handling electrical power and cooling related to infrastructure systems for Data Centre / Aggregation exchange

Demonstrate strong experience working with E&M contractors

Holder of REW B / C / H certification / Certificated data center professional (CDCP) / Certificated data center facilities operations specialist (CDFOS) or above will be an advantage
