Job description5–7 years of relevant professional experience, with prior experience in internal audit essential. Solid knowledge and understanding of the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) environment (, coverage, financing, markets). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify control weaknesses and rmend improvements. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with senior stakeholders confidently. Very goodmand of spoken and written English; other Asian languages are an advantage but not required. Professional certifications (, CIA, CPA, CFA) are preferred but not mandatory. Experience in multi-cultural environments and working with geographically dispersed teams is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct risk-based internal audit assignments across Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) businesses in Asia Pacific.
- Assess the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls,pliance with group policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Prepare clear, well-structured audit reports with practical, value-adding rmendations.
- Support annual audit planning by assessing risks and contributing to the prioritization of audit topics.
- Liaise with business line management and other stakeholders tomunicate audit findings and monitor the implementation of remediation plans.
- Participate in global or regional audit missions as needed, including cross-border assignments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal audit methodology and practices within the APAC team.
