Responsibilities :
Monitor and supervise the Front Desk operation
Supervise team members in Front Office to maintain smooth operation
Handle and respond guests’ inquiries and complaints
Be attentive to hostel security and safety requirements
To report manager regarding incidents happening in the hostel by recording the details, including actions taken and results in the log book
Perform other tasks assigned by manager
Requirement :
Higher Diploma holder or above in Hospitality or Hotel Management or related disciplines
Minimum of 1-2years supervisory experience in Front Office operation
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
With basic computer knowledge and skill, familiar with Microsoft Office applications and English / Chinese typing, etc.
Able to work independently and attend shift duties (07 : 00-16 : 00 / 15 : 00-00 : 00)
Immediate availability is highly preferred
Priority will be given to Sham Shui Po residents
