Technician (Builder) 技術員 (三行)

We are looking for talents for the position of  Technician (Builder) in our Engineering team.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for the day-to-day repair and maintenance within the residence.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in building maintenance, preferably painting in hotel maintenance 須持具備2年以上油漆工作經驗, 具酒店經驗者優先考慮
• Holder of valid Safety Card & registration certificate issued by the Construction Industry Council  持有有效的建造業安全訓練証明書(平安咭)及有關泥水 / 木工 / 油漆等技術水平之註冊證
• Independent & ability to work under pressure 獨立和在壓力下工作的能力
• Good team player with good interpersonal skills 良好的團隊合作精神，具有良好的人際交往能力
