Job description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading asset management business
  • Act as the unconditional Responsible Officer and in charge of Type 9 regulated activity of the SFC to ensure fullpliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations
  • Responsible for daily fund operations and KYC process
  • Produce managerial report for senior management and head office when required
  • Other ad-hoc projects upon request

Requirements :

  • Degree holder or above in Finance / Accounting / Law or any relevant disciplines
  • Eligible to be licensed as unconditional Type 9 Responsible Officer under the SFC
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in asset management gained from financial institutions
  • More than 2 years of management experience
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Excellentmand of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
