Our Property Department commits to provide integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.
The Job
You will :
- Support the Corporate Support Team to review, establish and implement standard, operating procedures, manuals, guidelines and performance benchmarking etc
- Coordinate, control, and supervise the fixed asset registry, asset disposal, asset transfer and update of particular details with various FM operation teams and Finance Asset Team for existing and new buildings and facilities
- Carry out technical and asset data collection, consolidation and analysis for various reporting purposes
- Assist in scheduling, reporting and coordination works between FM operation teams, project teams, consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders
- Assist in Enterprise Asset Management and implementation of Asset Management Plan, such as the Condition Assessment, Contractor’s Performance Monitoring, Inventory Management, and Contract Management etc
- Provide technical support to project team and FM operation team on new built and renovation projects, such as the pre-project planning, projects management, T&C, handover process to Business & Operations Teams and post-handover support
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks / projects as assigned by Manager of Property Facilities Technical Services
About You
You should have :
Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Facilities Management / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or other relevant engineering disciplineAt least 3 years relevant experience in Facilities / Property Management, MEP Project Management, or E&M system Operation and MaintenanceFacilities Management knowledge is preferred but not a mustExperience in Asset Health Management and / or different scale projects ranging from A&A works, renovations to new built with knowledge in facilities handover, operation and maintenance are highly preferredExperience in drafting operation manuals and establishing standards, guidelines and / or procedures is a plusPatience, responsible and attention to detailsGood communication skills and ability to work with people at all levelsFluency in spoken and written English and ChineseStrong PC literacy and familiar with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Chinese Word Processing)Hands on experience with Power BI, Maximo System or BIM is a plusTerms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
