Job description

Job Descriptions :

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Controller and responsible for take up General Cashier role.
  • Handle cash transactions, prepare cash change and deposit cash into bank.
  • Prepare Receipt Remittance Control Ledger for all cash and checks received.
  • Perform physical count of petty cash fund and verify the balance agree with book amount.
  • Responsible for coordinate / apply all kinds of Hotel / Food & Beverage licenses.
  • Handle daily administrative works for Finance Department and perform other duties as assigned by Financial Controller.

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification; 2 years related work experience is preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good team player and able to work in a dynamic environment.
