What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, marketing, pharmacy, or life sciences
- 2~5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical / medical device industry with proven track record of sales achievement
- Background in antibiotics, renal disease, immunology preferred
- Excellent sales skills and customer relations
- Product knowledge, Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and disease / treatment field
- Teamwork spirit, Initiative
- Performance achievement and business development (achievement oriented capability)
- Sales effectiveness and ability development (learning and application ability)
What you'll be doing on the job
Project Management :Planned the promotion plan of the hospital, negotiated the final promotion plan with the line manager and colleagues in the Marketing Department, and carried it out.Account Management and Brand Management :Visit doctors and experts in HA & Private Hospitals to introduce key information of products, so that doctors and experts can know and understand product knowledge.Visit other stakeholders / influencers to make them understand the use of the product and related market information.Performance Management :Reach consensus with line manager on work objectives to maximize performance.Complete the collection of relevant company data on time and in good quality, and summarize and analyze it to improve the promotion performance.Financial Management :Create a reasonable budget in accordance with company regulations and implement it according to plan to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources.Teamwork :Actively cooperate and share with team members to integrate resources and improve promotion effectiveness.Self-management :Become an expert in product and salesProvide coaching and support to new team membersEnsure market accessibility.Formulary Listing (private, public hospitals)Pricing, Drug Subsidy (SDL, MAF, MAF plus etc.)Other tasks assigned by the line managerWork within integrity and compliance policies and all company policies
