Job description

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.

You will be responsible for :

Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

creating a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from attraction to selection and to keep them motivated during the process;

managing end to end recruitment process by attracting and selecting the right candidates with right set of skills and competencies and making a hiring decision;

being the administrator for the employer websites including the Authority Careers, Linkedln career page and etc.;

assisting in developing and executing human resources initiatives including but not limited to attraction, selection, employment branding, engagement and etc. (Example :   job fairs, career expo, HR awards).

HR Policies and Governance

supporting and contributing to HR policy and guidelines setting and review as well as a wide range of projects and programmes in relation to organisation design, transformation, governance and quality assurance;

developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures in the context of the new, identify necessary changes, and ensuring they are up-to-date and eliminate hidden risks or non-conformity issues;

staying abreast of changes by reference to regulatory requirements, contemporary HR trends and best practices to provide recommendations for compliance and to adopt good practices;

partnering with the relevant divisions / departments for development and issuances of new and updated HR policy and guidelines; and

performing any other duties as reasonably direct by the Authority.

You should :

possess a recognised university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or equivalent;

have around 8 years of relevant experience in HR from sizable organisations;

solid experience as HR Generalist in particular for recruitment, employer branding, compensation and benefits and HR policy and guidelines setting;

possess strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and work in an organized manner under pressure and time constraints;

able to work independently and navigate comfortably in a fast-paced, ambiguous and complex environment;

be proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Form and Acrobat; and

possess excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
