Job descriptionForm 5 / DSE or above At least 3 years of relevant work experience, financial and accounting experience in retail is preferred Self-motivated, detail minded, positive and good / strong sense of responsibility Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills Flexible and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines Proficient in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese Immediately available is an advantage Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accountant
Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing full set accounts
- To prepare consolidated group financial reporting
- Prepare the financial reporting schedules, financial analysis and bank reconciliation statements accurately and timely
- Prepare operational and financial analysis to senior management
- Coordinate with business departments for the accounting related matters and daily accounting transactions
- Participate in annual and quarterly budgeting and cash flow forecasting process
- Liaise with external auditors on preparing audit schedules and accounts to support interim, annual audits for the group and for the relevant group companies
- Work closely with banks and manage bank administration matters
- To perform other ad-hoc projects as required
