Job description

THE COMPANY :

  • A long history trading company with stable overseas customers in Hong Kong
  • Main products : household and sundries products
  • Suppliers : partner factories in China
  • Key customers :  sales offices / buying offices / sourcing offices of overseas customers in Hong Kong
  • Main export markets : Middle and South America, Africa, Middle East, SE Asia and Eastern Europe
  • We are looking for  ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE  – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

  • Degree holder
  • Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • 3+ years work experience in export trading companies
  • Knowledge in trading documents, L / C, import & export shipping documents....etc
  • Experience in client servicing /  sales  / marketing / merchandising ...or related is preferable
  • Ability to build and enhance relationship with customers
  • Reporting to the Sales & Operation Manager
  • Work in Sales Team of 3-4 members
  • Provide professional service to assigned customers in Hong Kong
  • Directly handle customers to ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with suppliers in Mainland China
  • Prepare quotations, contracts and other sales documents
  • Ensure daily smooth trading operations and on time delivery of goods
  • Frequent client visits in Hong Kong to enhance relationship
  • No need develop new customers
  • No trips is required
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 10 days
  • Entitled to commission
  • Medical insurance
