Lead Business Analyst, Connectivity, IT

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and IT solutions.

Work closely with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects such as financial applications, CRM systems, and AI development

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, map out processes, and work with the technical team for delivery

Ensure solid alignment with key stakeholders, including business owners / users, project team, and vendors

Conduct market research and feasibility studies

Design and implement IT solutions to meet business needs

Develop detailed project plans and timelines

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management

Set up and maintain Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) pipelines

Support enhancement projects and maintenance activities

Prepare documentation and training materials for end-users

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT applications

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

Around 10 years experience an IT Business Analyst

In-depth Equities High Touch , Program trading and Market Connectivity business knowledge

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with setting up and maintaining CI / CD pipelines

Understanding in Java, SQL, FIX message protocol, Chronicle Queue

Familiarity with AI development and CRM systems is a plus

Understanding of Java will be a plus
