Brand owner, manufacturer & marketer : medical, healthcare & nursing equipment
HK office : sales office and service office
Target customers : nursing homes in Hong Kong
We are looking for SENIOR SALES SPECIALIST / SALES SUPERVISOR - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

Reporting to the Sales Director

You will actively participate in activities to promote our own brand medical & nursing equipment to nursing homes in Hong Kong

The primary focus of the role is to actively anticipate and exceed the needs of your customers (nursing home focused) by offering them the best solutions

By providing recommendations and education around the Company's portfolio of solutions, you will also be contributing to supporting increased quality of life for residents, patients and and caregivers within the Nursing Home sector

Network widely with key opinion leaders throughout the Hong Kong healthcare facilities.

Lead the conversation with health executives in order to identify, grow, develop and maintain key customer relationships.

Identify areas of potential growth and opportunities within the assigned account / channel, primarily Nursing Home sector in Hong Kong.

Explore new frontiers by identifying new revenue streams for existing product lines and lead annual market analysis by intelligence gathering on customers and competitors.

Supervise the work of one Sales Executive

Tertiary education

3+ years sales role in the medical / healthcare / pharmaceutical / nursing sector

Experience promoting products / services to nursing homes in Hong Kong is a big plus

Preferable possess local knowledge of the healthcare or nursing market but training and guidance will be provided

Proficient in written and verbal in both Chinese and English.

5 days work (Mon to Fri 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm)

13 months salary + performance bonus

Annual leave : 14 days
