Responsibilities :
- Formulate CVM strategy to improve customer loyalty and grow in-base revenue for mobile business
- Carry out segmentation and program performance analysis
- Develop 360 communication plan for various marketing programs
- Groom digital channels to drive up self-served transactions
- Work closely with internal parties to design the end-to-end program logistics
Requirements :
