Job Duties :
- Analyse project revenues and direct / indirect costs against forecasts on an on-going basic
- Establish procurement strategy and planning with relevant teams in project
- Coordinate with collections team for timely collection of payments from clients
- Coordinate with financial institutions for timely payment to suppliers and sub-contractors
- Create project cash flow reports periodically basis analysis of costs incurred across all cost centers
- Prepare, submit and monitor monthly progress claims to the client
- Manage competing priorities and conflicts with other work streams
Job Requirements :
Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplinesMinimum 10 years of relevant experienceExperience in main contractors is preferableNEC experience is preferableKnowledge of legal aspects relevant to contractingStrong leadership skills and decision makingInterested parties, please apply with full resume stating present and expected salary by clicking Apply .
