Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily dinner service operations and ensure smooth workflows
• Train, schedule, and motivate FOH team to deliver top-tier service
• Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs to drive profitability
• Handle guest feedback and manage the restaurant's online reputation
• Maintain high hygiene and service standards at all times

Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of management experience in fine dining or luxury restaurants
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Fluent in English and Conversational Mandarin; experience in Western cuisine preferred
