Job description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the establishment, practice, and governance of standard desktop environment
  • Provide DevOps works to assist software development team and provide infrastructure design and server related operational works on cloud
  • Responsible for daily operations of enterprise-wide office applications, including Microsoft Domain Platform, Microsoft Exchange Email System, File and Print servers, Fax server, and Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems
  • Build and maintain development tools such as industrial standard continuous integration system, source control system and system monitoring tools
  • Optimize server to help applications maximizing speed and scalability
  • Manage vendors for outsourced services, product and solution maintenance services and etc…

Requirements

  • Advance diploma or above in computer science or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Expertise in cloud computing cluster design, familiar with Git and comfortable with command line environment and shell scripting
  • Experience with Varnish, ELK, Kafka, Zookeeper, Docker and / or Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience and proficient skills in administering sizable Microsoft Domain and Exchange Systems, their integration of enterprise scale desktop deployment, regardless of operating systems
  • MCP / MCSE / ITIL-F holder with knowledge of IT helpdesk operation will be an advantage
  • Good understanding of web development flow
  • Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage.
