Job description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with distribution channels and Local Business Unit (LBU) Health teams to enhance health distribution and develop innovative distribution methods.
  • Work with LBU Training teams to create and deliver effective training programs that provide distribution teams with essential health-related skills and knowledge.
  • Establish and manage systems to track and analyze sales activities and oues, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify and implement strategies to increase customer lifetime value through cross-selling a diverse range of products.
  • Collaborate with LBUs to design and review agencypensation models that incentivize performance and align with health business goals.
  • Partner with LBUs to create sales incentive programs, including recognition and convention trips, to motivate agents to sell more health products.
  • Lead the implementation of center-led sales enablement initiatives across various markets.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, sharing best practices and thought leadership.

Requirements :

  • At least 8+ years of experience in sales enablement and sales training, with a focus on Health insurance.
  • Excellentmunication skills to convey distribution enablement objectives, progress, and oues to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and develop a clear sales enablement roadmap.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of working across multiple markets.
  • Experience working with insurance agencies and / or bancassurance is essential.
  • Experience in multiple Asian markets is preferred.
