Collaborate with distribution channels and Local Business Unit (LBU) Health teams to enhance health distribution and develop innovative distribution methods.
Work with LBU Training teams to create and deliver effective training programs that provide distribution teams with essential health-related skills and knowledge.
Establish and manage systems to track and analyze sales activities and oues, identifying areas for improvement.
Identify and implement strategies to increase customer lifetime value through cross-selling a diverse range of products.
Collaborate with LBUs to design and review agencypensation models that incentivize performance and align with health business goals.
Partner with LBUs to create sales incentive programs, including recognition and convention trips, to motivate agents to sell more health products.
Lead the implementation of center-led sales enablement initiatives across various markets.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, sharing best practices and thought leadership.
Requirements :
At least 8+ years of experience in sales enablement and sales training, with a focus on Health insurance.
Excellentmunication skills to convey distribution enablement objectives, progress, and oues to stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to conceptualize and develop a clear sales enablement roadmap.
Strong project management skills, capable of working across multiple markets.
Experience working with insurance agencies and / or bancassurance is essential.
Experience in multiple Asian markets is preferred.
