The Job
The Senior Owners Venue Officer is responsible to assist the manger to formulate and implement personal customer segment strategies to achieve the business targets and improve customer experience. Support the design and monitor the implementation of venue business plans through initiatives / activities on acquisition, service & product upgrade, customer loyalty and retention, etc. Work with various internal and external stakeholders to meet customers' needs from a holistic perspective.
You will
- Assist to formulate and implement venues strategies to achieve the business targets
- Ensure delivery of the brand value proposition to customers and benefits to the stakeholders
- Collaborate with key business functions and products to consistently deliver end-to-end customer experience across channels and touchpoints for improving customer journey
- Well communicate and brief to the relevant stakeholders within defined timelines and ensure smooth implementation from various parties
- Review KPI in regular basis via various perspectives, summarize the key findings as insights for managers' decision-making
- Conducting market research, analyze market data and compile various reports
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
About You
You should have
A University Degree in Business administration or related disciplineMinimum 5 years relevant working experience in a customer service oriented environment with strong emphasis on business planning in F&B / Hotel industryExperience in luxury industry will be an advantageLess experience will be considered as OfficerHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with data analysis using different tools PowerBI, Tableau) is preferableAbility to work under tight deadline, handle multiple projects as well as responsive to ad-hoc requestStrong analytical, presentation and project management skillsAbility to be a good team player, initiative, and able to solve problem independentlyHigh sensitivity on the quality and compliance in the course of workAbility to be energetic, persistent, independent and creative, highly versatile and willing to take up new challengesDetail-minded, good organization and excellent written and verbal communications skill. Ability to multi-task and ability to prioritize tasksDynamic, passionate for customer-facing responsibilitiesFluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin language skills would be an advantageTerms of Employment
