about the company. My client is a top tier investment bank, who is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the team about the team. Reporting to Head of Legal, you will be joining a sizeable legal team and supporting Wealth Management business about the job.

  • You will provide legal support to various securities, financing, private banking, wealth management and funds transactions
  • You will respond to regulatory initiates, market developments and structure reform
  • You will work closely with Compliance on various matters affecting Wealth Management business
  • Assist in other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

skills & experiences required.

  • You need to be qualified in HK, UK, US or other major jurisdictions
  • Qalified lawyers with 6-10 PQE from a reputable international Law firms or leading financial institutions
  • Experience and knowledge of funds, equity, FICC, wealth management, private bank background
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English
