Job descriptionProvide green building consulting services. BD for new business opportunities. Prepare written work including but not limited to energy simulation reports daylight analysis reports CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) reports noise analysis reports etc. Provide project certification application ensure successful delivery. Maintain key client relationship. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors. Education : Bachelors degree or above level. Major in Building Energy Analysis / Building Environment / HVAC or relevant. Qualification : Basic-LEED AP(BDC IDCOM) Optional-WELL APBREEAM Assessor Working experience : A minimum of 5 years working experience in green building certification BD and consulting services include but not limited to LEED WELL BREEAM BEAMPlus etc. English : Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must. Solid computer skills and good working knowledge of MS Office. High sense of responsibility and good team spirit
Job Purpose
- Develop the great potential markets seek new project opportunities.
- Develop the backup market to prevent the shrinkage of business scale in the mainland market due to political reasons.
