We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Project Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Deliver global technology strategy and platform delivery for Data Technology
Ensure creation and ongoing management of the global delivery capabilities
Deliver platform capabilities using internal and external data sources (, bureaus, sanctions, watchlists)
Ensure platform scalability, resilience, and compliance across global markets, adhering to data localization and privacy regulations
Partner with KYC, onboarding, digital, CDO, and risk stakeholders to meet critical business and regulatory use cases
Embed data governance, metadata management, lineage, and control mechanisms to support audits, lineage, and data usage transparency
Drive architectural modernization, automation, and cloud-readiness of the strategic programme
Lead technical product & cross discipline engineering teams and vendor partners to deliver on roadmap priorities with agility, security, and operational discipline. Represent Data Tech in enterprise forums, data councils, and regulatory reviews

Requirements

To be successful you will need

Strong experience in data engineering, platform development, or enterprise technology roles, preferably within data domains

Have good understanding of the onboarding journey in WPB and / or CIB

Deep understanding of enterprise data architecture, API platforms, event-driven systems, and metadata-driven design

Hands-on experience with data technologies (, MongoDB, Java, Kafka) and multiple hosting patterns with hybrid cloud and on-premises deployments

Familiarity with data privacy, localization, and regulatory frameworks

Proven ability to manage global teams and deliver complex platforms that serve multiple lines of business and regions

Track record of delivering business-aligned technology solutions that support customer lifecycle, onboarding, and risk management processes

Strong technical, end to end execution track record in complex organisations
