HBX is a global e-commerce platform and retail destination for the world’s most well-known and up-and-coming brands in menswear, womenswear and lifestyle from around the world. Curating a truly global and exciting assortment at the leading edge of culture, HBX focuses on delivering the latest, trend-setting fashion, accessories, shoes, home and lifestyle goods to its customers. With the HBX e-commerce platform shipping to over 80 markets worldwide, it has 2 retail stores in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop marketing strategies and plan campaigns to achieve company objectives through China sales channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to localize strategies on different marketing channels (including TMall, JD, Poizon etc.) to achieve desired return on investment.
  • Strategize and manage all HBX marketing channels (RED, Weibo, Wechat, app push notifications, newsletter, etc.).
  • Liaise with the creative content team to create assets that resonate with the local audience to drive revenue.
  • Present weekly reports on the performance of marketing activities in the region.
  • Collaborate with internal editorial teams on content sharing and strategic alignment to drive synergy between e-commerce and editorial.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of solid work experience in social marketing and performance marketing, preferably on platforms such as Tmall, WeChat, Poizon and RED.
  • Chinese copywriting experience is a must.
  • Fluent in Mandarin. Professional proficiency in verbal and written English is an advantage. Cantonese is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of analytics is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team setting and environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with an attention to detail and can-do attitude.
  • Passionate about fashion and HYPEBEAST culture would be an advantage.
