Job description

Degree holder in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or equivalent

At least 3 years' relevant experience in E&M Quantity Surveying / Contracting

Practical site experience in E&M QS works is essential

Previous experience in design-and-build and negotiation with subcontractors would be a definite advantage

A strong team player and able to work under pressure

Provide efficient contract administrative services on assigned E&M project(s) and support the Commercial Manager in commercial contract management activities

Efficient in PC skills including the application of computer software Excel and Data Base

High flexibility in working location is preferred
