You will lead and oversee actuarial services including pricing tools development analytics portfolio management reserving reporting and planning. This role involves managing a team to ensure actuarial services align with the business plan and strategic objectives of the organisation while providing support to maintain profitability and manage designated products effectively.

Your new role

• Develop solutions to proactively ensure ongoing profitability of products.
• Maintain quality controls throughout processes.
• Build complex models and modify techniques as appropriate.
• Develop insight to support decision-making by the business.
• Provide industry expertise to contribute to planning and strategic issues.
• Manage and continually develop the actuarial function to meet business needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan own and team priorities and activities to ensure delivery is in line with plan requirements.
• Develop direct and coach junior pricing / analytics and actuarial staff.
