Provide quality services to residents in clubhouse
Ensure the customer services provided is up to service standard of the company
Plan and organize various recreational activities and events
Handle customer enquiries & complaints and cultivate harmonious relationship with residents
To coach our service staff to deliver exceptional customer services and provide assistance to them when required

Requirements :
Diploma holder in hospitality management or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years’ practical experience in club house or customer services field
Solid working experience in club house working environment is a must
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficiency in MS Office
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality with helpful, friendly, tactful, patient and proactive character
