About the company :

My client is a leading multinational logistic group in the search for a Finance Head to oversee their Hong Kong operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a pivotal leadership role based in Hong Kong, leading a team of finance professionals supporting different key business units.

This position plays a central role in driving financial governance, performance insights, and commercial decision-making in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment. The ideal candidate should have gained experience from similar industry before and managed a large book before.

Job Description :

Act as a finance business partner to BU Heads, providing professional advisory services and deliver strategic input on business performance and growth

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives across multiple P&Ls

Drive financial planning and analysis across different aspects; including but not limited to sales, capex, cash flow etc.

Oversee financial governance, controls, and reporting accuracy across Hong Kong

Lead capital investment evaluations and process improvement initiatives

Build and develop a high-performing finance team with a focus on accountability and service excellence

Develop and monitor the team deliverables to align team output with business objectives

Assist in any ad hoc task when necessary

Skills & Experiences required :

Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines; CPA / ACCA required

Minimum 15 years of finance experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles

Proven track record in the logistics / 3PL industry is preferred

Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and operational finance experience

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Collaborative, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments
