Experior Asia is an established Education Company connecting passionate educators with schools across Hong Kong, China, and beyond. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone to manage client accounts and grow within the business. In-person interviews will take place from 14th – 18th July in Hong Kong.
Client Relationship Management :
Attract and engage new clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Maintain and grow current client relationships
Negotiate and sign contracts
Serve as a dedicated account manager for clients
Support our Directors with tasks
Office & Admin Support :
Coordinate teacher cover for clients when needed
Apply for visas and liaise with immigration departments
Arrange signing and filing of documents (both online and physical)
Organise and maintain company documents via Google Drive and other platforms
Assist with school tenders and general ad-hoc office tasks
Prepare and send invoices, manage expenses
Provide day-to-day support to the company and our teaching staff
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (related preferred)
Experience in admin, office support or client relationships (ideally in a related field)
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Excellent multitasker with a can-do attitude
Able to work independently and take initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus!)
Holds a valid work visa for Hong Kong
