In this position, you will :
- Conduct in-depth analysis of network performance data and customer usage experiences to identify areas for network quality improvement.
- Prepare reports on network performance and quality, highlighting trends, observed issues, and recommending corrective actions.
- Provide insightful network quality optimization plans.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for network operations.
- Oversee Network Quality Assurance projects for major events. Formulate comprehensive assurance plans, manage assurance workgroups, supervise progress, and provide post-event reports.
- Handle other projects and ad hoc reporting as assigned.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements :
At least 8 years of experience in mobile network engineering, operations, or quality management.Extensive knowledge of cellular network technologies (e.g., 4G LTE, 5G), and other wireless protocols.Proficiency in network performance analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting tools and techniques.Strong understanding of network planning, design, and deployment processes.Hands-on experience with network monitoring, testing, and quality assurance tools.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of network performance optimization strategies and best practices.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Continuously improve and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.When you work :
