Responsibility
- Provide general office services to the office and ensure administration functions are smoothly carried out in an effective and efficient way.
- Handle the procurement process of all services and office equipment & supplies including negotiation, evaluation, vendor management, etc.
- Verified the utilities and daily administrative services payment with the updating of spending report.
- Prepare and manage the process of the ‘Welcome Onboard’ arrangement for the new joiner, but not limited to access card application, seating & SIM card arrangement and other necessary stationery when necessary.
- Formulate and review the relevant administration P&P. Monitor the implementation and feedback on any deviations and difficulties
- Prepare analysis report to management for review
- Provide administrative support for any ad hoc duties in the office such as office renovation & relocation, assist in organizing staff events & corporate functions when necessary.
Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplineMinimum 4 years’ solid experience in handling full spectrum of office administration in sizable company.Good communication and interpersonal skillsMature, detailed mind, well-organized, proactive, customer service orientation and able to work under pressureProficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word ProcessingExcellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantageLess experience will be considered as an assistant role.Candidate will be considered as senior position if suitable.
