Responsibility

  • Provide general office services to the office and ensure administration functions are smoothly carried out in an effective and efficient way.
  • Handle the procurement process of all services and office equipment & supplies including negotiation, evaluation, vendor management, etc.
  • Verified the utilities and daily administrative services payment with the updating of spending report.
  • Prepare and manage the process of the ‘Welcome Onboard’ arrangement for the new joiner, but not limited to access card application, seating & SIM card arrangement and other necessary stationery when necessary.
  • Formulate and review the relevant administration P&P. Monitor the implementation and feedback on any deviations and difficulties
  • Prepare analysis report to management for review
  • Provide administrative support for any ad hoc duties in the office such as office renovation & relocation, assist in organizing staff events & corporate functions when necessary.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years’ solid experience in handling full spectrum of office administration in sizable company.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, detailed mind, well-organized, proactive, customer service orientation and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Less experience will be considered as an assistant role.
  • Candidate will be considered as senior position if suitable.
