Work with institutional clients, fintech partners, and internal stakeholders to enhance product capabilities and deliver superior payment solutions.
Represent DBS in industry discussions on instant payments, cross-border wholesale payments, cross border real time payments and emerging payment innovations.
Partner with technology teams to develop and enhance digital payment capabilities, ensuring seamless integrations and scalable infrastructure.
Lead UAT and deployment activities, validating product functionality, usability, and performance
Monitor market trends andpetitor landscape to position the product effectively and drive continuous improvement.
Key skills and experience required :
Degree in business related discipline with 8-12 years' experience in cash management, payments product management, and scaling financial solutions.
Deep expertise in instant payments, collections, whole sale payments and treasury management for Midcap / SMEs.
Strong track record in drivingmercial success and optimizing product P&L.
Familiarity with TT, CHATS, FPS payment rails, settlement processes, and financial regulations.
Knowledge of SWIFT MT and MX messages. Ability to work cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders and driving adoption strategies.
Strategic mindset, with the ability to navigate evolving payment landscapes and identify growth opportunities.
