Project Manager - Operations Transformation

My client a leading US investment banking is seeking an expereinced Project Manager to join their Operations transformation team in Hong Kong. You'll join a key business supporting key Asian markets covering both North and South Asia in helping respond and navigate to regulatory changes and continue supporting the firm's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement : Interface with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and oversee project deliveries.
• Project Planning & Execution : Conduct comprehensive project planning, manage status tracking, and prepare reports for steering committees.
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Coordinate resources and lead cross-functional teams across diverse business areas, including cash equity, derivatives, and fixed income.
• Documentation & Reporting : Write detailed user stories, business requirements, and functional specifications; maintain key project documentation.
• Collaboration with IT : Act as a liaison to translate business requirements into system specifications and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Risk Management : Proactively monitor risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Training & Support : Coordinate training for test users and ensure smooth deployment and verification processes.
