Report to : Assistant IT Service Delivery Manager
Responsibility : Assist ASDM to provide IT support service to office users, retail shops, as well as datacenter.
1. End user IT support in Hong Kong and Monaco office, include but not limited to :
- Windows / MacOS computer management & problem T-shooting.
- Microsoft Office 365 (email, Teams, etc) and other business-related software tools.
- User account management, creation, delegation, permission, decommission, etc.
- Asset management including computer, iPhone, iPad, AppleTV, etc.
- Network management, mobile phone plan subscription, etc.
2. Manage IT related devices & support services for international boutiques.
Boutique network management and problem T-shooting.Windows PC & printing.Mobile device (iPad, iPhone) management via MDM.CCTV & Traffic Count system.Spotify & HiFi box.Communicate with Area Manager / Store Manager for retail business needs, provide IT values accordingly.Requirements
Technical skillset :
Networking technologies, LAN, Wireless LAN, WAN.Good understanding of IT network knowledge.CCNA / CCNP certification preferred.Microsoft enterprise technologies, AD domain, AAD, Microsoft 365.Soft Skills :
Good communication skills and enthusiasm for IT support service.Coordination, cooperation and team working ability.Fluent in spoken and written English.Sometimes shift is needed to support boutiques across different time zones.Benefits
