Responsibilities
Provide good customer services including provision of product knowledge, handling enquiries and sales documentation
Answering incoming telephone calls
Undertake operation and customer services assignments
Manage front desk operations and answer customer's enquiries
Requirements
Form 5 or above
At least 1 year of customer facing services or related working experience
Passionate, responsible and customer-oriented
Good communication and presentation skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in Computer skills
Fresh graduates will also be considered
