Plan and oversee effective communications strategies and publicity campaigns to raise the brand profile and image of the company
Manage and safeguard brand identity and ensure effective implementation of the guidelines
Craft inspirational stories that lead to compelling communications, Q&A, lines-to-take, speeches, website content, social media and other multimedia content
Work closely with internal teams and partners and manage external agencies to support the communications needs and carry out communications initiatives
Organize and execute corporate events
Manage media enquiries and arrange media interviews; establish close media relations and maintain regular communications with media
Plan and implement internal communications initiative and campaigns through engaging content
Stay on top of company news, peers' news and the industry related news and beyond to keep management updated on key trends
Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
Degree holder or above
An individual who is passionate about marketing and communications and willing to make a difference through compelling storytelling
At least 8 years or above working experience either in-house or in an agency in PR, Media or Communications, etc.
Extensive media relations in Hong Kong and beyond; media relations or communications experience in Mainland China would be an advantage
Fluence in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
A sharp sense of responsibility with the ability to manage priorities and deliverables whilst keeping a calm and affable demeanor
Mature, flexible, fast-paced and able to work as a team and independently
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, well-organized, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
Immediate available / Short notice period is highly preferred
