Job description

Responsibilities :

Handle travel claims related enquiries from the policyholders;
Administration support, including applications & documents handling, client file maintenance, filing etc;
Coordinate with both internally and externally parties;
Assist Department Head / colleagues with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

1 years of solid customer services or claims related experience;

Energetic, outgoing & confident with a strong attention to detail;

Patient and pleasant personality with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
