One of the Global Network Service Provider that provides network / security solutions, is now seeking Customer Relationship professional to join their service team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Provide single point of contact for customer support issues.
- Serve as a reliable, accessible and effective escalation point for the customer on any operational matters or on implementation progress
- Build up a professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with different internal / external parties to meet the mutual performance objectives, milestones and customers’ expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Work with solution development team to best address customer needs
- Identify sales leads and opportunity where appropriate
- Maintains high rating of customer satisfaction
Requirements
Degree Holder in marketing, business discipline or related disciplinesAt least 5 years’ customer service / account management experience in IT / Telecom industriesStrong Customer relationship building and Account managementBusiness Development experience is a plusTake initiative and adapt quickly to client requirementsAble to influence senior levelKnow how to set priorities and when to look for guidanceAmbitious, self-motivated, exceptional interpersonal skills, outgoing personalityGood team player and eager to learnStrong communication skills and presentation skills
