Job Summary :

Negotiate with providers for improved health services and workplace health services

Provide better network doctor coverage and services

Provide better operational support to improve CX

Support the development as an SME of the provider (hospital and clinic) tools e.g. portals

The Job :

Establish Health Services Management Team

Develop a database to record provider details and contracts

Keep up-to-date with health provision developments in Hong Kong

Maintain ongoing professional relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics and professional bodies

Help establish and promote the FWD brand and health propositions within the health provider community

Negotiate contracts with providers for various agreed fees (e.g., GP, SP, Chinese Medicine, day care centers, laboratories, imaging centers, hospitals

Improve utilization of network providers

Promote agreed fees and service discounts

Formulate the promotional plan together with channels

Identify tactics to direct patients to FWD’s own network providers

Secure and expand hospital package plans based on agreed fee structures

Negotiate packaged rates using Diagnosis Related Groups (DRG) concepts

Monitor and control the quality and services provided by network providers

Develop recruitment guidelines and manuals for providers

Analyze service performance data

Monitor compliance with fee agreements and negotiate fees aligned with industry standards

The Person :

Degree holder with 10-15 years relevant experience in provider network management

FLMI qualification is advantageous.

Familiarity with Employee Benefits insurance

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written
