Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for insurance-related systems and processes.
Conduct gap analysis, case studies, and blueprint development to support system enhancements and new implementations.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful delivery.
Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.

Preferred Experience & Skills :

2-8 years of experience in business analysis, ideally within the insurance industry.

Exposure to life, general, or health insurance domains is a plus.

Experience with policy, claims, or finance systems is highly desirable.

Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication skills in English , Cantonese , and Mandarin .
