THE COMPANY :

  • We are a multinational manufacturer focused on buttons, packaging, fashion trims and custom accessories for the apparel and home textile industries
  • Hong Kong : trading office
  • Factories : Europe, China, SE Asia
  • Main customers : international fashion brands & apparel companies
  • We are looking for  ASST MERCHANDISER   - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

  • Report to Merchandising Manager
  • Work in Merchandising team of 8-10 members
  • Collaborate with Team Head to build the relationship with customer smoothly. Monitor stock movements and the production schedule to ensure the bulk or sample deliver on time.
  • Perform daily merchandising duties in development and / or order follow up
  • Communication  with garment vendors from sampling to bulk orders
  • Coordinate with factories for production process, ensure on time shipment and quality control
  • Assist Team Head to communicate with suppliers for product sourcing, product development & quotation
  • Coordinate with warehouse colleagues, prepare shipping document & arrange shipment
  • Communicate with test lab for testing arrangement
  • Coordinate and manage the development and sample record
  • F.5 or above / DSE graduate
  • 1+ year merchandising / order processing in trims / garment / packaging / accessories, or related
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
  • No trips is required
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary + bonus
  • Annual leave : 12 days
