Your new role
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including payment transactions, journal entries, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account reconciliations
- Conduct daily bank and client reconciliations, position and cash reconciliations, follow up on overdue or unsettled positions, check for settlement discrepancies, and rectify errors
- Assist in the preparation of daily and monthly FRR reports
- Handle client withdrawal and deposit instructions along with related banking transactions
- Aid in month-end closing processes and the preparation of management reports
- Maintain accurate and organised filing of accounting records
