What you will do :

• Support PC, TCP / IP networking, Internet and mobile applications
• Anticipate and tackle potential problems and deal with people proactively
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

What you bring :

Holder of higher diploma / degree in Information Technology or other technical discipline

Certification in Microsoft Windows Server and Cisco networking administration is an advantage

Sound knowledge in modern technology, audio & visual, telecommunications

Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage

Strong commitment to service, self-motivated with high sense of responsibility

Customer service / guests handling experience is an advantage

Willing to work on shift duty and provide 7x24 standby support

Work experience in hotel / IT industry is a plus but not essential
