Job descriptionProven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments with relevant certification (CSM or equivalent). Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile tools. Strong understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts. Excellent project management, analytical, andmunication skills. Experience in the wealth or private banking services sector is a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Product Owners in backlog refinement.
- Monitor squad performance using Agile metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coach team members to embrace innovative methodologies and remove impediments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align squad goals with broader business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end project tasks, from feasibility studies to implementation support.
