Job descriptionDegree or above in Manufacturing engineering, Material Science, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines 8 years or above experience in Powder metallurgy & Project Management Strong knowledge in powder metallurgy and CNC machining production management Experience in Carbon brush, sinter bearing and shaft product Experience in KPI control knowledge Experience ISO 9001 or TS16949 system 6S mindset knowledge Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua Willing to base in China
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operation and follow the PMC schedule for production planning.
- Follow up and report the condition and progress of production.
- Responsible for quantity, quality and schedule, maintain the molds / machines / equipment in good preference and routine maintenance.
- Lead and guide production teams for entire operation in the division.
- Conduct the training plan and related activities for subordinates.
- Liaison with internal each level and other parties.
- Follow up project matter
