What this job involves

Participate in the planning, design, and execution of E&M engineering projects

Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards related to E&M systems

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes for E&M installations

Oversee the maintenance and repair of existing electrical and mechanical infrastructure and facilities

Contribute to the development of sustainable and innovative E&M engineering solutions

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of experience in property and facilities management with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory position in FM / PM field and / or E&M maintenance works

Registered electrical worker with license B0 or above is advantageous

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, especially in report writing

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
